Registration
Is my registration fee refundable?
If you are unable to attend convention, you can receive a full refund for your registration fee. To receive a refund please contact our customer service department at (877) 743-5373 and they will assist you.
What do the convention fees include?
The GO 2012 convention fees cover the general session, all breakout sessions, the key note address, and one dinner on the night of recognition. You will be responsible for any other meals and activities you choose to participate in.
Can I bring my children?
At convention, we strive to maintain an atmosphere that is ideal for learning. We want everyone in attendance to feel engaged in all the breakout sessions and other meetings. To maintain this atmosphere we ask that you do not bring toddlers and small children. Infants of nursing age are welcome to attend with their mothers.
Can I bring other family members?
If you have a spouse or another close relation who would like to attend one session, consultants can bring a guest to one break-out or general session of convention for free. However, if they want to attend the entire convention they will need to pay for a registration fee.
Accommodations and Activities
Where can I stay at during my time in Salt Lake City?
Convention guests can stay at the Salt Lake Radisson for a discounted rate through April 12-14. If you choose to extend your stay longer than the convention dates, you will be required to pay the rates offered by the hotel.
Can I book my room at the Radisson now?
At this time, you cannot book your hotel accommodations through the GO 2012 website. This feature will be available after October 22. Remember, you must book through the GO 2012 website in order to receive the discounted rate.
If I choose to extend my stay in Salt Lake City, what activities and events are available in April?
Salt Lake City has so much to offer any time of the year! Whether you are into outdoor sports or fine dining, you will find what you want in the beautiful valleys and mountains of Utah. You can take a look here for suggestions on what to do during your stay.
What is the weather like in Utah in April and what should I pack?
The spring season in April is absolutely beautiful. Everything is in bloom; however, it can be a bit chilly with average highs of 65˚F and lows of 45˚F. We recommend that you bring long shirts and pants and a light jacket.

Where can I find information about the GO 2012 Convention agenda?
A complete agenda will be available soon. This agenda will include information about the dates and times for all breakout sessions, tours, and other meetings.
Contest
Does a Q customer have to schedule their 1st shipment before the convention in order for it to count towards the contest?
Yes. In order to be counted towards your contest points the shipment must be processed between October 1st and February 29th.
